VoIPstunt DOESN'T work with SMS

Dear all,

I could have posted in one of the other numerous threads regarding voIPstunt and similar providers, but I think this is quite important and users need to know ASAP.
As I said in the past, I have used voIPstunt for about 9 months now and, so far, had no complaints (especially because it is free!!), however in the past few days I have discovered a BIG bug. For some reason if you try to send an SMS through them, the message gets lost in cyberspace. The screen tells you "message delivered", but it is a fib!. I don't know how long this has been going on for, but I do know that in the past few days I sent e few texts, including one to myself as a test, and none has been delivered. I asked a friend of mine who uses voIPstunt as well and he said that in his opinion they deliver messages only when the feel like it.
I sent a message to "support", but I don't think they will answer.
However they were quick in charging me for the joy of NOT senting a text.

Thanks for letting us know. Im sure this post will be helpful to many people "Googling" with the same issue.

I was about to say that the SMS issue seems to have been resolved (yesterday I sent a text and it worked), but this morning they are saying that their server is on fire (??) and that they are trying to sort things out, but for now they are not operational.

I had them written off a bit too early.

Service has been resumed, so the "fire" lasted only for a few hours.

I use Skype, and it has a cheap SMS service. Very reliable and fast. I use it all the time.
