Hmmm....

The problem with VoIP and mobile calls is that all the Mobile providers charge VoIP players massive amounts to terminate calls on the their numbers. Partly because the mobile providers are trying to dissuade people from using VoIP (one day i'll cost them a LOT of money if they dont embrace it).

Due to this you'll have a hard time finding people that offer what you are looking for. The only person can think of is Vonage - although im not completely sure that mobiles are included.

Default 3

3 have recently announed their Series X phones & tariffs which include unlimited Skype calls from a mobile phone.

The pitch is...
Skype lets you make unlimited Skype calls to all Skype PC users and other Skype 3 mobile customers, anywhere in the world. With your X-Series mobile, you can now use Skype on the move.
Even when you can’t be near your computer, you can still make calls. And you can see when your friends are online and available to talk.

A bold move I think. The Skype package is an add-on of your existing mobile voice / text tariff.

X-Series

Rupert

Default But what about the beleaguered voIPstunt?

With them, and its clones, calls to mobiles in the States are free (never tried myself). So how do the manage to do it? Is it that in the States it is so much cheaper to call a mobile?
