Betamax GmbH - VOIPCHEAP with UKash payment issues

Hi there, Was wondering whether anyone continues to experience issues whilst topping up with UKash for one of the Betamax suites of VOIP clients. Having purchased a UKash voucher for £10/- tried to top my VOIPCHEAP account which I have been using for almost 2 years now and this time around since the last two days that I have kept tyring it gives the below error message

Payment failed! (Error code 850-1002)

Your UKash payment has failed. There is a system error. Please try again in 30 minutes. Should the problem persist please contact customer services and mention code 850-1002

The same happens regardless of which other program that I am subscribed to, that I attempt to top up. VOIPSTUNT, POIVY, SMSListo, SMSDiscount, VOIPBuster, etc., Having contacted the Betamax Customer Services, they opine that I need to use another payment method instead without divulging what the fix would be and how long would it take to implement. So I am stuck with this voucher in the interim.

I even tried breaking the UKash values and recombining again to obtain a new voucher number but all without success. Thanks to let me know if any one out there has had a similar problem and how was the same overcome.
