Voiptalk Advanced Diverts Issues

Are any voiptalk users out there are having issues with their advanced diverts?

Voiptalk sadly have closed their own discussion board (suspicious?)

I've had problems in the last two weeks in that my incoming calls aren't getting forwarded to my mobile if I don't answer the voip phone. And if I try to change the Advanced Diverts settings the web control panel doesn't seem to allow it.

Voiptalk claimed to have fixed it last week but the problem has come back, and they take forever to respond to help tickets.

The service itself seems fine, but it's really annoying that callers think there's someting wrong with my phone when their call just cuts out after 5 rings. I've had to resort to putting an POTS answerphone on my incoming voip line to take messages and give out my mobile number.
