voipfone now have the number 121 setup on their system to call volunteers who have decided they have time to take these calls. The idea is, it's useful for people who have just signed up and wish to test out their setup etc.

I spent 4 years on a MMORPG doing the same thing, although using text rather than a phone, lots of players appreciated the help though.
