I am on the package that Scope mentioned but I paid for a years worth £19.99 which brings the price down to £1.66/month. There support is the best I've had from any company. I had a problem with my VOIP router, I didn't buy it from voip.co.uk but they set up the same router in their office and went through every setting, sent me screen shots of every VOIP set up screen so I could set things up identically to theirs, after this didn't work they contacted the router's manufacturer on my behalf and persuaded them to send me the new firmware 2 weeks before it was publicly released, which fixed the problem. I have never had support from any company VOIP or otherwise as good as this and bear in mind my hardware wasn't even bought from them. |

I have been with them for a year in November having paid £19.99. No problems. You can have automatic top-up if you want - went your account reaches £5 you can arrange for an automatic DD top up to £10. You don't have to do this, but I find it convenient. David |
