spa3000 PSTN call to all spa9000 phones

I can use the spa3000 divert all calls feature to divert to one
extension on the spa9000 pbx e.g. 100, but I want all 4 extns to
ring. The incoming VOIP calls can do that using spa9000 Contact List
= 100-103. Is it possible?
