Well, at one time texts were free with voipstunt.com as long as you had
free days, but for a very long time I've had to pay for each, because the apparently secret limit of how many free ones you can send has been excluded. But at least it was cheap. On 4th March, each text cost 0.01 euro to send Then from 5th March the price doubled to 0.02 euro. One the 27th March it went up to 0.03 euro. So it is three times the price in just over three weeks. At this rate, by Xmas it'll be cheaper to hire a limo to deliver a note in person! And although it lets you send texts longer than 160 characters and charges you for each component sms, often just the last one seems to arrive. Think it's maybe time to look for another supplier. |

If technical capability, speed and reliability are important then take a
look at http://aql.com/ Lots of APIs for sending SMS as well: http://aql.com/site/developerinfo.php You can send flash and replaceable SMS with this gateway: http://www.aql.com/site/sms_http_gateway.php Regards S Iain wrote: > Well, at one time texts were free with voipstunt.com as long as you had > free days, but for a very long time I've had to pay for each, because > the apparently secret limit of how many free ones you can send has been > excluded. > > But at least it was cheap. The advantage of their java program is that it uses the phone's existing phone memory, unlike others where contacts have to be entered in addtion. --- Remove 'no_spam_' from email address. --- |
