And some companies don't give their employees a choice. Our place installs

As far as I remember i did that by logging in to my account and select
something like shoe outbound caller ID.
Is that option removed?

Because you need to install the software to register
Once registered, you don't need it anymore, just go SIP.

You don't need the software to register, you can do that online:

However you do need the software to verify an alternate CLI.

There is no option on the website that I can find to permit me to assign
outbound CLI. If you know otherwise I'd really appreciate a pointer to it
(URL, or "follow these menu items..."), please!

Cheers,
Chris

Yeah, I think that's my route forward, especially as I already have a
KVM/QEMU instance around, somewhere. Appreciate the suggestion.

Cheers

Forgive me, but I find it hard to believe that you don't know someone with
Windows who will let you download and configure the voipcheap application
then delete it.

Or Innotek's VirtualBox which is based on but a bit more stable than QEMU.

Thanks, all. I downloaded the Voipcheap application and have now
successfully registered my three different numbers.

Cheers,
Chris
