I suppose because it's (VoIP) *all* new to me I'm trying to learn not only the jargon but the range of settings available *(FB etc) and the limitations / restrictions, the service providers AND the 'extra' features VoIP provides over yer basic PSTN, all at the same time ... :-( Oh well, we are getting there ... with some help from our friends .. ;-) All the best ..
