It's not a voip.co.uk failure, nor they can do anything about it. The two datacentres' techies are working flat out to bring back up the link. As soon as this issue is resolved - no timescale known yet - everything should be back to normal. Cheers |

Sure beats the usual Redbus power outage - variety is the spice of life etc. Redundancy - my arse. Hope heads roll. |

I emailed them at 3.45 and Chris came back to me within seconds saying systems where fine but the gateway which they do not have control over was down and could not give a time for it to be up and running again. Good job it wasn't Sipgate or I would have had to wait for two days for a reply and maybe four for the service to be resumed . |
