Default snom 300 volume

Can someone please advise me how to adjust the volume on a snom 300. I
can hardly hear it ringing. Using the volume control on the phone casing
has no effect.
Have I messed up one of the config settings whilst I was mooching around
its setup.
Any help would be appreciated.

yours
dave

The volume adjust buttons on the front of the phone should do it while
it is in it's idle state (i.e. no phone calls, handset in place).
Perhaps it's on it's maximum already but they do seem to go quite loud
so I wouldn't have thought it was a problem.

cheers,
Paul.

Hi Paul thanks for replying
Handset is in place and no calls in progress, volume is set to full, but
it is almost impossible to hear the phone ringing.
