I am sick of this constant bashing by Ron, Dexter or Clavox, or whatever nym he decides to use next week. It is spoiling and detracting from the useful purpose of this group. Roger. |

Don't fall into Ron's trap of slagging off someone for > what they used to be like. > > Ivor[/color] ..... well, I merely recounted my experience. I still have my Sipgate account but only because I'm still in credit - I don't actually use the acount to make calls and I'm not aware of anybody calling in on that account..... but it's still active. Since my move to voip.co.uk, I have not had the issues that I had with Sipgate - and all this has occurred within the last few months, so it's fairly recent experience. If Sipgate have improved, then that's fine - it's simply that it didn't work for me at the time I used it as my defualt provider. If number porting between Voip providers becomes easy, the moving numbers between providers for the sake of continuity would be a good reason to move back to Sipgate if they couold provide the reliability I currently get from voip.co.uk - couple with some financial benefit. Having said that, the total cost of my calls with voip.co.uk in the last 4 months have massed to about ?4 in all as most calls seem to be free. Mick -- |
