I seem to remember that paying by mobile (SMS?) gives you a shorter "free days" than credit card.. I usually pay with credit card; 10euro (+vat?) gives me 120 days of "free calls".. After the 120 days the credit will remain on the account, and you will need to purchase another (say) 10euro for another 120 days. If you purchase more credit before it has expired it will simply ADD the "free days" on top of what you already have. Hope this helps. |

Is it because they do not offer geographic numbers? I could not find any info on the numbers on their website. Is it not confusing for your contacts if they cannot (?) call you back on the number from which you made a call? Thanks divoch |

Personally I use my voipdiscount number to forward around in europe so I can call for free from my mobile, and I got a voip.co.uk number for incoming calls. I havent heard anybody complain about not being able to call me back on the number I call from... And I think most people have your name programmed on their phone anyway, so will call in on the incoming line. It wont show a number anyway if you call from voipdiscount and havent got an incoming number. |

I did not quite understand relationship between forwarding calls around europe using voipdiscount and calling for free from your mobile but, as I cannot do anything similar now, then it would not help anyway. I had problems when calling from a secondary mobile because some people seeing the number called back on that number rather than calling my primary mobile. divoch |
