Unobtainable

I have a BT Voyager 10v, the system works for a while but when left for a few hours any number called will get an unobtainable tone. I get the higher pitch dialling tone as usual and the tone dialing but then unobtainable. If I then unplug the power supply, wait a bit, then plug it back in again it works.

Any ideas???

A couple of things spring to mind:

Are you running the latest firmware. It's currently version 2.13.

Many people have reported that the 10V is unstable in Router mode. Is this how you have it connected? If so try it in Bridge mode and see how you get on.

Mine's as solid as a rock. I guess you could have a duff one? Try the above and report back.
