Zoom X5 and voip.co.uk

I've been using this combination for a while and it's fine EXCEPT that 121 for voicemail doesn't work. Nothing happens.
voip.co.uk support were helpful, but haven't really got any ideas. They looked at the Zoom settings and thought they sounded sensible, but reckon it must be a problem with the Zoom as 121 works for everyone else!
Anyone got any ideas?

I think it's likely to be a problem with your dial plan.

Later on tonight i can set you up an account on my server if you wish, and ask you to dial a few things, see what is being sent out.
