HELP HELP please

Hi, i have just bought the GT-1900U, bought it from ebay, received it yesterday, i cannot get this phone to work, it will ring out but i cannot hear anyone except through my pc speakers and they cannot hear me, i have installed the drivers given, but that seems to make it worse, i have read up on tuts and i have tried to change my sound settings, it just will not work, they reckon this phone would be up and running in 3 minutes i have been trying now for 2 days solid, i have had another voip phone before but it was just the nokia type analogue phone and that seemed to work with no problems at all, so i go and buy the digital one as i didn't want to be stuck sitting at the pc making phone calls and this one i cannot get working at all, if anhone else has had a similar problem or know of a way to fix this problem please could you let me know ...thank you this is a link to the phone http://www.skypestyle.co.uk/perfectone_gt_1900.htm

thanks mate i have the phone need help not a revew my sound goes through my speakers i phone my bro i here him he does not here me no one heres me i need to get the sound to go through the phone from my end so we can talk and here each other 2 days solid i am getting very frustrated i need some one to help me who has been through this . my email addy is bloodstone1964 AT hotmail.com if any one can help .cheers again

Okay,

Right, haven't used this device before, so you need to fill me in a little more on your setup.

Fire everything you think may be handy over.

net connection
network setup (router modem etc...)
firewall setup
operating system
actual phone connection method (USB or ethernet)
software setup (what supplied software have you installed)
driver setup (did you install these, was the install sucessfull, do you have yellow "?" in the device manager)

P.S. does this device work properly if you remove it from your computer completely, and just use it over PSTN (looks like is has that facility)?

yes i do have a yellow in there it says this freedom miniport #2 any ideas ..?

Ok here is everything i can think of to tell you

Computer is a pentium 4 3.4 ghz 1024 mb ddr ram
Internet connection is 10 meg broadband
Methond of connection for the phone is USB
Firewalls we use are norton and zone alarm (we have tried disabling all of those, also windows firewall is turned off)
Software we installed came with the phone...installs skype drivers...

We have actually had the phone working over skype now but i want to get it working over Freecall as i have already paid a fee to them, also they do pc to phone calls free as long as you have some credit with them, whereas skype charges you a fee to phone all landlines with skype the phone works fine but with Freecall you can only hear what they are saying to you over the speakers and you cannot talk to them, the handset just doesn't seem to send any sound wheras with skype it works great, in my opinion it has to be some kind of driver that i need to get the phone out of its skype setup and into a setup that lets you use any software that you want, it also states in the manual that you can use SJPhone and Net2phone and MSN messenger but again i don't want to use any of those because of my already paid up credit with Freecall,
