Can anyone help or has had the same problem.I have been using a number with sipgate and suddenly it does not work. I have a Grandstream 2020. I can make calls via sipgate but cannot receive calls. I have a fritzbox and thought it was this so I registered with Gradwell and I can make and receive calls using the same Fritz and Grandstream Hardware. I assume then its Sipgate or the settings for sipgate in the http grandstream browser or fritzbox. Sipgate have been useless upto now. Any ideas??? |
