I've been using my 10v with BT's BBV service for 9 months now... no issues up until 2 weeks ago. I find now that >50% of incoming calls disconnect as soon as i answer the call. I've tried 3 different phones attached & all experience the same issue so it's not the phone. Raising a call with BT has proved totally fruitless as they no longer "sell" the 10v and thus cannot send me a replacement. Have tried upgrading to latest firmware... still happens. Full factory reset... same. Anyone know of ways to interogate the 10v and see what's going on ? Maybe there are settings which can be tweaked ? Alternatively, what's my best route on a cheap & cheerful replacement which will be compatible with the BT service ?
