Sipgate on line indicators

I am responsible for a number of Sipgate accounts and have copied the code they provide to show whether an account is on line or not and put them on a web page.

Despite setting the page up not to cache it seems the online indicators do not change to offline when I take an account down to test it.

Has anyone else tried using this facility and managed to get it to work correctly?
