Smile Tempura VoIP - hello

Hello everyone.

Mike here from Tempura Communications. Not sure I should be here really, we are a VoIP provider, Tempura VoIP.

Anyway, I have a bit of knowledge about setting up various bits of VoIP kit, handsets (Snom300, 320 and 360), Mitel 5212, 5224 and 5235, the new Siemens Gigaset c460IP, plus we can provide VoIP accounts if you need them.

Welcome to the wonderful world of VoIP.

Hopefully speak to you soon.

Regards

Mike

Hi Mike,

Welcome to the forum.

We are more than happy for you to advertise your services here (in the correct forum), all we ask is that you occasionally put something back in to benefit others.

Stick around, you knowledge on mitel equipment im sure will be valuable.

Thanks

Matt

Many thanks for the welcome. We have had some success configuring the Mitel handsets for SIP, specifically 5212, 5224 and 5235. It took a while to figure out the settings on the online control panels, but we got there in the end.

The Snom handsets 300, 320 and 360 are a bit more obvious to configure and give back more info in terms of registration status.

The Siemens Gigaset C460 IP handsets are proving popular, as being DECT, they allow for office roaming.

We will shortly be looking at some of the mobile devices which allow for SIP. The ability to walk into an Internet cloud and make/receive a call via the Internet on a mobile phone/PDA could be interesting.

Regards

Mike
