I'm not the most technical so please be gentle!
I recently got BT BBV Voip for my business. Quite simply all I want to do is set up a music on hold service to allow me to play customer music/messages to customers when on hold. Can anybody suggest a software/hardware solution to allow me to this this as simply as possible. Thanks! Gary |
