how to call 18185 to get cheap mobile rates

I am using voip.co.uk I want to call a uk mobile 18185 is cheaper then voip for this call so i try dialing 18185 but voip.co.uk "replies" "Call failed: forbidden". So I try dialing 0808 1 703 703 (which is another 18185's access number) but then I get charged 10per min rather than 6p per minute. Is there another access code that I can use to get the lower charge of 6p per minute?

Same problem when i try via 020 81 80 2828

PS 0808 1 703 703 costs 10per min from a bt land line also.

PSPSPS My caller ID is a normal land-line 02 type number.

You definitely won't be able to call 18185 from a VoIP phone, access to carrier selection codes is only available from BT.

You might be able to use the instant dial number 08445660005 for 5p/min.
