VoIP supplier Scorecard
I appologise as I had posted this in the wrong forum, its more aplicable in here:
New to the forum so hope you can help.
I am currently going to tender for the provision of IP telephony products and services on behalf of my company throughout Europe and Asia. Having already identified our preffered vendors and chanel partners we are about to go through the presentation/workshop process. Does anyone know where I might find a typical VoIP related scorecard to assess these suppliers? prefereably one that I can tweak to match my exact business requirements but with the general areas I should be evaluating them on. A template would be ideal. Thanks in advance.
