Default Want VoIP but stuck with BT

Hi everyone,

I have an office and 7 employees. Currently have 3 incoming lines on a BT versatility system and obviously BT business Broadband.

Enquired about VoIP with BT and they want £699 for an additional card to go into my versatility system - this has got to be a rip off! There must be a better solution for me - can anyone make a suggestion or am I tied into BT if I want VoIP and keep BT broadband?

All help much appreciated.

Thanks to the advice of members on here I got in touch with Gradwell, I now have their Centrex business and still obviously using BT broadband - what BT told me was an absolute load of tosh! The gradwell kit arrived, plugged the phones in and bingo - it set itself up and making and receiving calls 1 minute later!

Hi Simon,

Could you please share from your experience with Gradwell and their Centrex? How's the voice quality? How attentive are they for problems?

Steven
