Unhappy Dial through access numbers revenue via A-Z termination?

I have set up my Asterisk box and tested it with a Sangoma FXO card by calling it. My problem now is that all call terminating charges seem to be expensive with the access numbers available to dialthrough to various destinations. I could get some free 0844 or 0871 numbers and link them to my PBX but routing the calls to their destinations is, it seems, more expensive to the caller before they even ring the access numbers which have a 5pence and 10pence price on their own (which does not get passed onto to me - except 3p from the 0871 number).

Without the hustle of of creating calling cards etc, how could I use access numbers with my own asterisk box and still use generate revenue?

What do people do to make some money with Asterisk and using dial-through? I have been searching the web but don't seem to be getting anywhere... heelp
