newbie help

any one got a nice little voip set up im looking to set up something so that my girlfriend and her family can keep in touch when she's in uni and chat for free.

Tesco IPA 1000 internet phone Adapter - Tesco.Direct
Tesco GG200 - USB cordless dual mode phone twin - for internet and landline calls - Tesco.Direct

these 2 items are what im thinking of doing.

im looking for something where no pc is required just a simple plug in to a router and go job.
