I like the look and feel of the forum very much. All I would suggest is maybe a splash of colour somehwere and maybe some voip phone graphics perhaps?

Trying to keep the forum as simple as i can.

I know from past experiance that if/when this place starts attracting masses of posts, anything too complicated will make it a mission to read posts etc...

I think your right about VoIP phone graphics, i think i'll add something in the title bar when i get in from work later.

Any chance of making the voiptalk.com logo at the top link to the index page? I kinda got in the habit of using the image on php forums as a quick way of getting to the index page.

Apart from that, I like the theme!
