I think i'd just reduce the margin size for the time been and leave the no wrap in place. That should mean its ok to about 15-17 characters.

That is correct, all you need to do is reduce the margin between each button, this will resolve your issue!

You think my username is long, well I would say it is about average!

People will not bother registering if a username of their choice cannot be used. Most people will use the same username on various boards!

(The space at present is way to long between each of the words.)
