You cannot upgrade your PAP2 if it's locked to vonage, Vonage will upgrade your device automatically if they decide to.

You can unlock PAP2's that were or are locked to vonage but I have never done this as I never used Vonage. Best thing to do is try here:

You need a yahoo account to access it but you should find everything you need there!
