No it is for all PAP2's!

There is no seperate firmware needed for unlocked or locked devices.

However if your device is locked to a network you will not be able to upgrade the firmware without entering the admin password. If you have an ex-vonage device which you have hacked, upgrading it's firmware will not re-lock the device.

However doing a factory reset will re-lock the device to it's original provider.
