..... well, I merely recounted my experience.

I still have my Sipgate account but only because I'm still in credit -
I don't actually use the acount to make calls and I'm not aware of
anybody calling in on that account..... but it's still active.

Since my move to voip.co.uk, I have not had the issues that I had with
Sipgate - and all this has occurred within the last few months, so it's
fairly recent experience.
If Sipgate have improved, then that's fine - it's simply that it didn't
work for me at the time I used it as my defualt provider.

If number porting between Voip providers becomes easy, the moving
numbers between providers for the sake of continuity would be a good
reason to move back to Sipgate if they couold provide the reliability I
currently get from voip.co.uk - couple with some financial benefit.
Having said that, the total cost of my calls with voip.co.uk in the
last 4 months have massed to about ?4 in all as most calls seem to be
free.
