Having just visited the VoIPCheap home page, i bet you using their softphone program.

What i recommend you do is download the free version of the xten softphone available here: http://xten.com

Install and setup with your VoIPCheap Sip Details:

Username: Your VoipCheap username
Password: Your VoipCheap password
SIP/Proxy registrar: sip.voipcheap.com
Domain/Realm (optional): voipcheap.com
STUN server: stun.voipcheap.com
