yeah i had a version of xten (not sure which version, or even where i got it from lol), but i wasnt very kean, then found X-Lite v3.0 as posted in the above link and it is nice, simple to use and seams to do a lot, to do even more you have to pay for the full eyebeam version.

The new (releast 1st June) version (X-Lite v3.0) does record Ive tested it. it records as WAV tho so the files are unnecessarily large, but unless your recording a whole lot that shouldnt be a problem, and you could allways compress them after if needed.
