Hi all,
Matt,voipcheap/stunt/buster etc are run by finera betamax in germany/switzerland:

http://www.betamax.com/press.php?language=

I believe they have 15 different voipcheap type clones, yes that one is the uk equivilant, voipbuster being the first one they released I believe.

The customer support is zero for all products,I think they DO read the emails sent as returning to the relavant website seems to include new faq's about whatever people are moaning about!
Refunds?? You got more chance of getting the inland revenue to pay up on time!!

Basically,DONT go over the 20 hrs a month limit on all these services,or whatever the individual provider specifies in the small print, then you should be ok.Voipcheap was a bit slow in providing us with this info, but its on the website now.

Voipcheap-Web activated calls-now 3p to connect,so go out and buy an ata from maplins cheap,bk2 £30,also in staples for about the same to avoid this!(Make 100 calls, you've recovered the cost!)

Staples were also doing a vonage network phone adaptor, not too sure about the ability to re-flash the firmware to enable another provider.(£25 last time I looked.)Waiting for the results!

Anyways, off out to enjoy the sun! :)

ttfn.
