update-emailed Freetalk and even called them as still no billing received! They assured me the problem is due to server upgrades but should be available by 16th May! Well still no online bill! Now I know why its called Freetalk-it's literally FREE!! Try beating that Sipdiscount, Voipcheap etc lol.
