I live to Italy therefore the international prefix is 0039

I like to know what I have to write in
Internet Telephony/Enabled Internet number page.
Have I to wite

Is it necessary to write "+" and "zero" in the town prefix?
I have just configured Fritz!Box with this number 3907210203458 but I
don't know if I have configured that number correctly.

A different question please:
I have VoipStunt and I will need to telephone to many countries in
Soth America. Now I have to telephone in Peru and I'd like to
telophone to some Fixed-line networks and cellular phones (mobile).
How have I to configure Dialing Rules precisely, please?
The international Peru prefix is: 0051

A last question:
I use Netgear NETGEAR DG834GT for ADSL and I have connect Fritz!Box
ATA to it. Have I to connect the Telecom outgoing cable to ISDN/Analog
(blue connection) or to DSL (connection)?
