Jose,

I have one line of my ATA registered to a Voxalot free account with
Voipcheap.com as the only VSP and I can dial out successfully ...

Could it be a dial plan fault ? I recommend the very helpful pages on
[url]http://www.leafcom.co.uk/[/url] to create an ATA dial plan
