Let's look at the facts, shall we?

UK DDI
Sipgate, 0 quid for the >2 years I've had it
Skype, 29 USD a year

Voicemail
Sipgate, 0 quid for the >2 years I've had it
Skype, 15 EUR a year

Calls to UK geographic
Sipgate, 1.19p/minute
Skype, 1.4p/minute

You can't seriously be suggesting that is 'the same', although your
sobriquet is 'ignore the facts', so who knows.

And a little addendum, Skype will wipe any SkypeOut credit you buy if you
don't use the service often enough, a 'feature' that Sipgate fortunately
haven't adopted.
